Type 2 peer support groups

Group of people in a circle formation
Research has shown that members of support groups, such as the diabetes peer support groups, are more confident about their diabetes, are less depressed and less stressed – in part because they have the knowledge to better manage their diabetes.
Diabetes peer support groups can help you better understand how to manage your diabetes as well as connecting you with your local diabetes network.
