Every year, Diabetes Victoria supports health professionals to undertake professional development in diabetes. To apply for a Gwen Scott professional development grant in 2024, please complete the following application form. An email will be sent to you following your submission. You will be notified of the outcome of your application in July.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Gwen Scott grant you must:
- Be a qualified health professional who works in Victoria.
- Currently be/or join as a health professional member of Diabetes Victoria at the time of submitting this application
(if unsure, please contact Diabetes Victoria: 1300 437 386 or membership@diabetesvic.org.au). - Commence your professional development activity in the 2024/25 financial year.
Note: If you were a successful recipient in the 2023 Gwen Scott grant program, you are not eligible to apply this year.
Please note: Applications close at 5pm Thursday 20 June 2024; applications submitted after this time will not be considered.
